Been a plumber for a few years, making great money buy I can't seem to get my life in balance. Marriage is strong but there are some cracks starting to show up. We are so short handed I just can't keep up with the work. Boss tells me he has been trying to find more workers but its hard these days. Anyone out there feeling my pain? More importantly, I could use some wisdom.
